Dr. Elise
Vincelette

Dr. Vincelette grew up in Essex Junction, Vermont and received her
undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont, where she earned
her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Biology and graduated magna cum
laude. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Dental Medicine
degree from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, where she
graduated top of her class and earned the excellence in oral medicine
award. Dr. Vincelette then completed her specialty training in
Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Boston University, where
she and Dr. Samra first met!
With her mother as a dental hygienist, Dr. Vincelette grew up in a
dental office and knew from a young age she would somehow end up in
the dental field. After her own orthodontic treatment as a teen, she
experienced just how life-changing a great smile could be and knew her
calling. To this day Dr. Vincelette still remembers the feeling of
getting her braces off, and strives to create the same amazing
experience for her patients that she had!
Dr. Vincelette is dual-board certified in Canada through the Royal
College of Dentists as well as a diplomat of the American Board of
Orthodontics. She was nominated by her peers as a top Dentist in
Boston 4 years in a row, and for the last seven years was the team
orthodontist for the Boston Celtics! Dr. Vincelette is a member of the
Ontario Dental Association, Ontario Association of Orthodontists and
the American Association of Orthodontists.
In her spare time, Dr. Vincelette loves to travel and go for long
walks around the city discovering new places to eat. She is also a
classically trained violinist and violist since the age of 8, and has
won numerous international competitions and even played at Carnegie
Hall!
